Sritech Remote Server Agent

    Sritech Remote Server Agent facilitates development/maintenance of sqr programs directly on remote machine using the same front end programs - SqrPlus Workbench and SqrPlus Debugger.

    Remote machine may be any machine - windows or non-windows (e.g. Unix) that is capable of running sqr programs. In addition to SQR product, remote machine must have Java Virtual Machine and JRE 1.3.

    Sritech Remote Server Agent is a process (like an application server) that runs on Remote Machine and communicates with SqrPlus client programs (SqrPlus Workbench or SqrPlus Interactive Debugger) over TCP network connection.

    Sritech Remote Server Agent is developed in java and requires Java Virtual Machine and JRE 1.3.

    In particular, with Remote Server Agent, development/maintenance work can directly be performed on Unix machine while enjoying windows GUI interface. This further saves developer's expensive time and improves productivity.

    Sritech Remote Server Agent is also used by:
    • AePlus Debugger while Debugging AppEngine that runs on Server (Thru Process Scheduler).
    • PeopleSoft Change Management System (CMS) for synchronization of source code sets.
